A Unique Retreat Experience! Have you attended retreats only to return home and fall back into old habits? This retreat is a combination of live training, that you can participate in via teleclasses, followed by a guided self-paced retreat that you do in your own home!

No matter how you choose to participate, we will cover how to get started on
The Body Ecology Diet and implement it easily into your life. We will also cover how to create balance with a raw foods diet Body Ecology style!


Here’s how it works:
  • 8 Days - 9/12 - 9/20, with Sunday, 9/14 as a day off.

  • 8 hours of teleclasses - 4 hours on Body Ecology and 4 hours on Body Ecology Raw - this is plenty of time to cover the most important concepts to get you started with Body Ecology and Body Ecology raw. You will learn how to implement valuable skills into your day, so that it’s easy and effective.

    • The Kickoff includes a 4 hour intensive on Friday, 9/12 - to get you grounded in the Body Ecology system and principles.

      • The Body Ecology Intensive teleclass hours on Friday, 9/12 will be: 9:00 am - 11:00 am and 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm MT. This is designed to get you started, allow you to experience cooking a lunch meal and prepare you for your dinner meal as well. While we will not focus solely on making the food, there will be some discussion to make things easier and to design balanced meals.

      • Learn how to get started easily! One of the biggest questions people have about Body Ecology is about creating the meals, so this is a great opportunity to get some experience, along with coaching!


  • Included in the retreat:

    • E-mail coaching will be provided between teleclasses for specific questions during the retreat.

    • You will receive a Self-Guided Retreat Plan and Workbook - so you can work on experiential exercises that will increase your learning in between our teleclasses.

      • This will include a shopping list, tools, menus and recipes along with tips and guides for your retreat experience AND for your return back home.


  • The new fee is reduced to $300 per person!

  • On-site Meal Prep Classes for Utah Retreat Site Only: Raw foods chef, Tammy Sadle will be on site from 9/12 - 9/17.

    • Tammy is going to participate in the retreat and will be your on-site trainer for raw food preparation class demos. These will be for an extra fee that we estimate to be around $30/meal. After learning to prepare delicious raw foods, you will have meals together to experience the balance of raw Body Ecology meals.

    • Tammy may be available for additional ad-hoc classes after retreat hours (9:00 am - 5:00 pm are our retreat hours) if there is interest. You can all work that out at the retreat. I highly recommend taking any opportunity you can to take classes from Tammy if she can accommodate your requests. She is a tremendous resource and incredibly skilled at preparing raw meals and healing foods. You will learn a lot from her!

  • Body Ecology Intensive:
    • Friday, 9/12 - 9:00 am - 11:00 am MT and 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm MT

  • Body Ecology Raw:
    • Monday, 9/15 from 9:00 am - 11:00 am MT

I have been planning to do self-guided retreats like this for a couple of years now. Mostly because in my experience as an instructional designer and in the retreat world, statistically, people go to trainings or retreats and forget or don't implement 80% of what they learn. Lunch can be on your own OR sign up for cooking and raw food preparation demo classes, which include lunch with your class purchase. The cost will be approximately $30 for each class with meal.
