Step 
To register for an event via credit card, begin by filling in and submitting your information in the brief registration form below.
Step 
On the next page you can select the retreat you wish to sign up for. You will then be transferred to the
PayPal shopping cart to securely enter your credit card information and complete your paid registration. A PayPal account is not required - you can simply click the 'continue' link.
We cannot reserve a seat in the class until step 2 has been completed or your check has been received through the mail.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:
Success Summits, LLC. reserves the right to cancel any course. If we cancel a scheduled course, all registrants will receive a full refund.
Refunds requested by a registrant at least 2 business days prior to a seminar will be processed less a $25 handling charge. No refunds will be made if Success Summits, LLC. receives less than 2 business days notice of a cancellation.
